Grooming is available Monday through Friday, by appointment only.
To get started, fill out the registration form below and upload your pet’s vaccination records. Then, call or request an appointment through your pet portal.
At Mountain Dog Spa, a Bath & Brush is a comprehensive service that includes:
- All-over Hypoallergenic Shampoo
- Warm Water Rinse
- Blow-dry
- Brush Out
- Ear Cleaning
- Nail Trim
A Bath & Haircut at Mountain Dog Spa includes all of the above plus a full-body haircut as specified to the groomer. We are a full service grooming salon and can do anything from shave downs to full body breed specific scissor cuts to custom owner preferred cuts.
You may choose to purchase the following add-on services:
- Flea Bath $50
- Skunk Bath $50
- Teeth Brushing and Breath Freshener $12
- Dremel Nails $21
- Anal Gland Expression $15
- Quick Trim – Feet, Face, and/or Sanitary trim (prices vary)
Arrival & Departure Times for Grooming Appointments
Drop off for grooming clients is from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
Dogs arriving after 10 a.m. will incur a $40 late fee.
Dogs arriving after 11 a.m. will be refused for service and charged the full grooming fee.
Our office is closed from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. each weekday, so no dogs can be picked up or dropped off during that time.
Pick up for bathing clients is at 5 p.m., unless we notify you that your dog was completed sooner. We will call or text you when your pet is ready to be picked up.
A La Carte Services
Walk-ins for a la carte services are available Monday through Friday during our office hours for registered clients. Provide your pets veterinary shot records and fill out the form at mountaindogspa.com/registration to register your pet with us.
The following services are available a la carte:
- Teeth Brushing and Breath Freshener $12
- Nail Trim $16
- Dremel Nails $21
- Anal Gland Expression $12
A la carte services can take between 10 to 30 minutes to complete. Our office is open for a la carte services Monday through Friday. Keep in mind that our office is closed from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. each weekday.
Mountain Dog Spa Grooming Policy
At Mountain Dog Spa, we value your time and ours. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients and maintain a consistent schedule, please review and acknowledge the following policies:
Drop-Off Time
All grooming appointments require drop-off by 10:00 a.m.
– Dogs dropped off after 10:00 a.m. will incur a $40 late fee.
– Dogs arriving after 11:00 a.m. will be refused service and charged the full amount of the scheduled grooming service.
Credit Card on File
A current credit card must be kept on file to hold and maintain grooming appointments.
– Appointments are not considered valid without an active card on file.
– This card will only be charged in accordance with our cancellation, late, and no-show policy listed here.
Cancellations and No-Shows
We understand that life can be unpredictable. However, last-minute changes affect our ability to serve other clients.
– No-Show or Same-Day Cancellation within 24 hours of scheduled appointment: The full grooming fee will be charged.
– Cancellation within 48 hours of appointment: You will be charged 50% of the grooming fee.
– Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will not incur a charge.
Due to high demand, we cannot guarantee that we can reschedule appointments to specified dates. You may have to wait until your following appointment if we don’t have availability to reschedule you.
Payment Policy
All late fees and cancellation charges must be paid in full before your next appointment can be scheduled/completed.
